• You may create an account using email/password or third-party login providers (e.g., TikTok, Google, Apple).
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not share or transfer your account without our permission.

You agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to disrupt or hack the Services.
• Not misuse or infringe upon others' rights.

• If you use TikTok Login, you authorize us to access your TikTok profile information as permitted by TikTok.
• We comply with TikTok's Developer Guidelines, and you must also comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Similar terms apply for any other third-party integrations (Google, Apple, etc.).

All content, trademarks, and code within the Services belong to GoTether or its licensors.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GoTether is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

We may update these Terms. Updates will be effective upon posting with a new "Effective Date."
