Affiliate Terms

These Affiliate Terms govern participation in the goTether Affiliate Program. By enrolling as an affiliate, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

The Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new users to goTether.

To become an affiliate:

• Submit an application through our affiliate portal
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Wait for approval (we review all applications)
• Accept these Affiliate Terms upon approval

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

When promoting goTether, you must:

• Accurately represent goTether and its services
• Disclose your affiliate relationship as required by law (FTC guidelines)
• Use only approved marketing materials or create compliant content
• Not make false claims about earnings or results
• Respect trademark and brand guidelines

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals or referring your own accounts
• Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
• Paid search advertising on branded terms without approval
• Spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertising
• Offering unauthorized incentives or rebates
• Misrepresenting the affiliate relationship
• Using fake testimonials or reviews
• Any fraudulent or deceptive practices

As an affiliate:

• You receive a limited license to use goTether trademarks for promotion
• You must follow our brand guidelines
• You may not modify or create derivative works of our materials
• All intellectual property rights remain with goTether
• This license terminates when you leave the program

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship:

• You may withdraw from the program at any time
• We may terminate your participation for violation of these terms
• We may suspend or terminate the program entirely
• Earned commissions will be paid according to normal schedule
• Pending commissions may be forfeited if terminated for cause

goTether is not liable for:

• Lost commissions due to technical issues or tracking failures
• Changes to commission rates or program terms
• Actions taken by referred users after signup
• Indirect or consequential damages related to the program

Our total liability is limited to the commissions earned in the 12 months prior to any claim.

We may modify the Affiliate Program:

• Commission rates may change with 30 days notice
• Program terms may be updated at any time
• Continued participation indicates acceptance
• Material changes will be communicated via email
